Values and Social Justice
As Queer and Latina business owners, we have two small voices in our community and our world. We believe that our voices matter, as do those of so many historically excluded people. As we work together to grow and develop our business, we return again and again, to our beliefs and values. We are committed to operationalizing a healing space through our commitment to being a small part of the larger changes needed to create a just and equitable world, fueled by connection to this earth and one another .

We stand in solidarity and for racial justice for Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
We stand for equality and dignity for LGBTQ2IA+ people and recognize the vibrancy and beauty in this community.
We stand for environmental justice and reparations. We serve through our commitment to the stewardship of Ho-chunk lands.
We value neurodiversity and recognize the beauty, creativity and resilience of the human mind.
We understand the role that white people have played in culturally appropriating spiritual and ceremonial practices.
We honor the role of trauma and resilience in the land and in the lives of so many. Suffering is welcome, and healing happens here.

Know better. Do better. Be better.
We are committed to participating in anti-racism work. We commit to continued education and learning about the historic and modern ways that oppression and systemic whiteness influence our ways of being and perpetuate harm to others.
We are committed to living courageously, leaning into conversations that cause personal discomfort, and learning about the ways we have benefited from the unique privileged identities we hold.
We are committed to improving the sustainability of our planet by growing and harvesting our own food whenever possible, buying locally, and participating in land practices that improve the Driftless ecology.
We are committed to our own healing. We understand that our own wounds have impact on others and strive to practice what we teach.

10% of all profit goes directly to increasing access to mental health supports for BIPOC and historically oppressed individuals.
We practice reciprocity with the land and give more than we take.
We practice accountability, leaning into discomfort, and increasing awareness of the ways in which we cause harm. We recognize awareness is not enough and actively strive to make repairs and move to do better next time.
